Really good Hospitality and Convenient Location
warm welcome friendly staff outdoor pool
The staff greeted us with a warm welcome. Agatha at reception was friendly. She managed to get us a room early after suggesting breakfast. This. The twin beautiful room overlooked the outdoor pool with a lovely fountain. The bed was comfy and ensured a great night's sleep. Breakfast had a good selection each morning and was always hot.
The minibar fridge and cupboard were stocked with alcohol. As non-drinkers, we did not utilize these items. I wish there was a non-alcoholic beverage selection available as well.

The breakfast offered a continental menu with freshly cooked options available to order. The bar area provided fabulous food and cocktails alongside prompt service. Afternoon tea was enjoyable with a good selection of savoury and sweet items.

The location is convenient with a short walk to shops, bars, and the bus terminal. A bus stop around the corner offers easy access to the bus station. The hotel is barely five minutes from the sea front and shopping areas.

The staff are friendly and helpful from arrival throughout the entire stay. Reception personnel were helpful providing guidance for dining and sightseeing. The level of hospitality was consistent with staff always willing to assist and offering recommendations.

The staff were helpful. They answered all our questions. the location was central for exploring the area. breakfast offered good choices each morning. It was a nice way to start the day.
The traffic noise was noticeable, particularly in the morning. i requested a quieter room, but none was available. the gym was small. It had limited equipment.
